By engaging Vision Collaborative ("we", "us", "our") for any services, you ("client") agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
We provide digital marketing services including website design and development, SEO, digital marketing, and AI automation services as agreed in writing. Scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed in a separate service agreement or proposal.
Payment
Payment terms are as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur interest or result in suspension of services. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use work in our portfolio. Third-party tools, platforms, and licensed assets remain subject to their respective terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
